Dr. Novick, principal consultant, has provided consulting services since 1990. He earned a Ph.D. in computer and information science from the University of Oregon and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He has authored or co-authored over 135 refereed academic publications, primarily in the fields of dialog modeling, usability evaluation, and help systems.
